Radiant Revamp: A Luxe Kitchen Remodel in Bonita Springs

We recently had the pleasure of undertaking a complete kitchen remodel right here in our hometown of Bonita Springs. The project scope consisted of two bathrooms, the kitchen, a wet bar, and a comprehensive painting and flooring overhaul throughout the entire house. One of the key challenges was to remove a two-step transition from the main entryway and seamlessly integrate it with the rest of the layout.

Our clients had a clear vision in mind: They needed a space that was not only comfortable and functional but also aesthetically pleasing. With a large family and a love for hosting gatherings and holidays, they required a design that could effortlessly cater to these needs.

Our solution was to create an open and inviting atmosphere by removing the dividing kitchen wall and installing a stunning marble slab for the island. We opted for porcelain wood plank flooring throughout the house, complemented by white

quartz marble countertops. The wet bar received a touch of elegance with steel grey leather granite for the bar top, custom wine rack, and cabinets.

In the master bathroom, our focus was on modernizing the space by replacing the outdated garden shower with a sleek wall-in shower featuring a bench and dry area. We further enhanced the functionality with separate his and hers vanities. A unique touch was added by incorporating Nicole's vision of bar LED lights, cleverly integrated into the design as double sconces on each side.

But the true showstopper of the project was reserved for the entryway—a stunning Restoration Hardware crystal chandelier mounted on an adjustable lift system, adding a touch of sophistication.

This project was truly one for the books, and we invite you to take a look at the before and after photos below to witness the transformation firsthand.
